The company’s total investment is 150 million RMB. It completed construction and put into production in October 2011. The company locates in MoCheng Industrial Zone, Aojiang Town, Pingyang County, Zhejiang Province，R.P. China. The company’s registered capital is 60 million yuan, it covers an area of 33500 m2 and includes 24000 m2 construction acreage. Now the company has more than 150 staffs, includes 30 various technical staffs. The main products are stainless steel seamless pipe and stainless steel welded pipe. The main varieties are: 304, 304L, 321, 321H, 316, 316L, 317L, 2205, 800H, 904L and so on. Products’ specifications class intervals are: seamless pipe are Ф8x1-Ф630x30mm welded pipe are Ф168x3-Ф1829x50mm.The company’s annual producing capacity is reached to 12,000 tons. The company has advanced producing and perfect testing equipments. The main producing equipments are: 5 sets of cold rolling machine, 8 sets of 25~350 tons drawing machines, 4 sets of Ф8-Ф426 Straightening machines CNC continues roller hearth solid furnace, trolley solid furnace, CNC bending machines, 5 sets of automatic welding equipments and so on. The main testing equipments are: Eddy current testing instrument, Ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray testing instrument, Desktop spectrometers,Portable spectrometer,Universal material testing machines, Impact testing machines, Hardness testing machines, Intergranular corrosion testing machines, Water pressure testing machines and so on.
