Line of Hot-dip galvanizing allows to make a wide range galvanized products and has the following main characteristics:
- Zinc Kettle for Hot-dip galvanizing of large metal structures and metal products with dimensions: length – 15m, width – 1.8m, depth – 3.5m.
The Zinc Kettle enables galvanizing metal constructions weighing up to 6 tons, with overall dimensions of metal structures 14x1,6x3,2m (LxWxD).
Capacity of Hot–dip galvanizing line is 30 000 tons per year.
The zinc coating meets the standards ГОСТ 9.307, EH ISO 1461.
