Sinarsky Pipe Plant Commissioned New Pipes Finishing Equipment

Sinarsky Pipe Plant (Sinarsky or SinTZ), a member of Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), a Metal-Expo regular exhibitor, commissioned a new pipes finishing complex.

The equipment installed at the plant allowes to perform in an automatic mode all the main stages of pipes finishing, including the formation of pipes finished packages ready for shipment to the customers. The Introduction of the new complex optimizes the logistics and speeds up the process of pipes finishing due to a continuous process line without undue lifting operations and interplant transportation.

"The new equipment fully automates the process of pipes surface finishing significantly reducing the share of manual labor. Thanks to the introduction of the modern production technologies, we were able to optimize traffic flows and significantly reduce the time of orders performing (premium connections mainly). The modernization of technological processes at the Sinarsky Pipe Plant allows us to offer consumers the best product quality and thus steepen competitiveness in the pipe market," said Vyacheslav Gagarin, Managing Director, SinTZ .
